YCB Series Circular Tooth Gear Pump
　　YCB series circular tooth gear pump is the newest frame of external gearing circular tooth gear oil pump manufactured by our company elaborately. The gear of circular tooth gear oil pump adopts advanced circular with adding other curve, so it has excellent work characteristic. Compared with the traditional 2CY involute red gear oil pump, this pump has many merits such as small fluctuation of pressure, low noise, and high efficiency and long using life etc, which is new type of oil pump economizing on energy.
1. Use
It is applicable to transport lubricant with no solid grain and fiber, no causticity, the temperature being lower than 80 ℃ and the viscosity being 5 × 10-6 ～ 1.5 × 10 -3m2 /s(5 ～ 1500cSt) or other liquid with the same characteristic. It can also be used to fluid drive system.
2. Range of Application

It can be used as transmission and booster pump is the system of transporting oil.

It can be used as transmission, distention and fuel pump of ejecting in system of fuel.

It can be used as hydraulic pump for supplying hydraulic pressure in system of fluid drive.

It can be used as lube pump in all the industries.
3. Characteristics of Frame

There are gear, axes, and pump body, pump cover, bearing shell and seal of axle head etc in this gear pump series. The gear is made up by adopting tooth form of double-arc sine curve. Compared with involute gear, the most obvious merit of this pump is that there is no relative glide on the surface of tooth profile in the course of gear gnawing, so there is no abrasion on the surface of gear; it is stable operate; there is no appearance of boxing up liquid; and it is also low noise, long using life and high efficiency. This pump gets rid off the bondage of traditional design, which makes the pump get into a new filed in the designing, manufacturing and using of gear pump.

It has relief valve to exceed protection; the total reflux pressure of relief valve is 1.5 times of rating discharge pressure. It can also adjust according to the need in the range of discharge pressure. But it should be noticed that this relief value can not be long used as pressure reducing valve; if the pressure reducing valve is needed, it should be installed on the pipeline additionally.

The design of seal of axle head has two forms: one is mechanical seal and another one is packing seal, which can be determined according to the concrete service condition and client's requests.

Seeing from the overhang end of principal axis, it circumvolves deasil.
